Technical Sales Engineer (Porto area)
To support B.E.G. growth on the Portuguese market, we are looking for a
Sales Engineer to the Centre/ North area of Portugal.
Reporting and under the supervision of the North Sales Manager, you’ll have the following challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through the identification of new leads to enlarge B.E.G. client’s base;
- Support existing and new clients, acting as a technical advisor and trustworthy partner for building automation and energy efficiency;
- Provide technical support to the installation, diagnosing any arising issues, doing commissioning, and connecting with the technical department to further support;
- Design sales proposals in line with B.E.G. guidelines, present them to the customer, influencing and following up till the order is delivered;
- Contribute to technical and sales discussions to continuously increase B.E.G. market recognition and competitiveness;
- Propose process and practices improvement and participate on their implementation.
Profile:
- University degree in Electrotechnical or Electronic Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar role and related market;
- Digital savvy;
- Knowledge and experience in systems commissioning, DALISYS and KNX is a plus;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Confident, Good communication and Influencing skills, Achievement, and Customer Oriented, Team player, sound Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Technical & Sales Support Specialist (Lisbon area)
To support B.E.G. growth on the Portuguese market, we are looking for a
Technical & Sales Support Specialist to be based in our office in Lisbon - Portugal.
Reporting to the Country Manager and working in straight collaboration with the Sales and the Technical Managers, you’ll have the following challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Manager setting up new installations on site, providing after sales support and diagnosing issues on existing installations to provide a first-class customer service;
- Support the Sales Team by designing sales quotations, proposals and organizing events;
- Troubleshoot any arising queries or complains from our clients, such us orders delivery dates update and following up with the team till its solution;
- Contribute to monitor sales objectives by keeping the CRM and working documents updated and calculating KPI’s;
- Assist clients, under the supervision of the Technical and Sales Managers, by explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
- Communicate potential sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Propose process and practices improvement and participate on their implementation.
Profile:
- Professional Educational Qualification in Mechatronics, Electricity or Electronics;
- Minimum 1 year experience on a similar role and related market;
- Digital savvy, namely AutoCAD, CRM systems, database and Excel;
- Knowledge and experience in systems commissioning, DALISYS and KNX is a plus;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a plusAnalytical and Problem-solving skills, Customer and Achievement Oriented, Reliable, Good communication skills, Team player.
